Chain
Chain dog collars are basically metal collars that are slip collars, which means that one end of the collar is slipped through the other and it forms some sort of a loose noose around your pet’s neck. While we would like to steer clear of any training discussion here, we would advise chain dog collars to be used just for training and not as a regular practice.
There are various choke chains, the main difference in them being the width of the chain and weight. The heavier the chain, the greater is the jerk it gives. So choke chains should not be used on puppies. Prong collars are also used in a similar way and are actually safer than choke chains though they look barbaric.
PetKlace has a variety of good quality choke and prong chains made of high quality and rust proof metal for your pet’s training. These are made of stainless steel and are chrome plated. They are durable and meant to last a long while. Use these chains judiciously and as a learning tool for your pet.
